On track.....

I'm feeling really good at the moment, well on the way with my weight loss and working out.  So far I've lost 10lbs so I'm on track for Japan and hopefully fitting into most of clothes that are hanging in my wardrobe.  I must admit I have been working out a lot - I'm talking at least 2 hours a day.  But you gotta do these things if you want to stay healthy and feel good!
